Shipping Policy

todaycatsandbooks uses Australia Post to ship goods. Goods will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times will vary.

Limited Local Area Delivery and Pick Up is available, select the appropriate choice at check out.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within two (2) business days of receipt of goods.

Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods, where shipping is paid by the returnee.

Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.
